Terms and Conditions for Mila 1:1 Coaching

COACH-CLIENT RELATIONSHIP

 

The Coach acknowledges that the Client is the expert in navigating their own life, based on personal preferences and experiences. 

The Client is solely responsible for decisions, actions, choices, lifestyle changes, and results throughout Mila Coaching. 

The Client acknowledges that the Coach acts as a facilitative partner and that the Coach’s role is not to diagnose health conditions, prescribe interventions, or treat medical conditions. The Coach supports the Client, helping them identify their health and nutrition goals, sharing strategies Clients can follow to overcome related obstacles and meet their goals.

The Client agrees to communicate honestly and dedicate their time and energy to participating fully in the Program.

 

SERVICES

The parties agree to engage in Mila Coaching, which includes the following: 

A. (3) 1:1 Coaching Sessions of 45 minutes each, scheduled per the Clients prerogative within the 6 month period via phone. 

B. (24) Weekly Audio Coaching Check-ins requiring a Progress Assessment submission by the Client each Friday by 5pm, resulting in a personalized audio response the following Monday by 10 AM.

C. Bio-Individual Plan created in tandem with the Coach and Client. 

D. Add-ons and resources as appropriate, such as guides, frameworks, video, presentations, and/or other materials.

 

PROGRAM OUTLINE

Client agrees and understands that he/she is purchasing Mila Coaching which includes guided sessions.

Client acknowledges that she has conducted any additional research necessary to feel she understands what is being provided with Mila as well as what is not included. Client agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined herein, as well as the general policies and procedures that can be found in this Agreement and on Coach’s website. 

Mila is not to be considered a substitute for medical wellness or treatment. Coach is not able to nor will she provide any sort of medical diagnoses, treatments, medications, or other services that are completed by a medical professional. Program is not designed to treat any mental, emotional, or other medical conditions. If you as the Client believe you may be in need of medical treatment or a diagnosis to relieve a current condition, Program is not right for you. By completing this Agreement, you confirm you are not looking for medical treatment, understand the difference between coaching and treatment, and do not expect Coach to provide any services other than that outlined below in the Program Outline.

 

SCHEDULING

The date/time of the Coaching Sessions will be determined by the Coach and the Client based on a mutually agreed upon scheduled session via a booking link. Each session will end (45) minutes after it’s scheduled to begin. 

This Program expires six months following the Start Date specified even if the total number of sessions have not been scheduled and completed as is the responsibility of the Client.

The Client agrees that all sessions and offerings included within the Program are dependent upon their commitment to fulfill the Client's part.

 

COMMUNICATION

The date/time of the Coaching Sessions will be determined by the Coach and the Client based on a mutually agreed upon scheduled session via a booking link. Each session will end (45) minutes after it’s scheduled to begin. 

This Program expires six months following the Start Date specified even if the total number of sessions have not been scheduled and completed as is the responsibility of the Client.

The Client agrees that all sessions and offerings included within the Program are dependent upon their commitment to fulfill the Client's part.



SESSION CANCELLATION POLICY

If the Client needs to cancel or reschedule the appointment, the Client must do so 24 hours in advance; otherwise, the Client will forfeit that appointment and will not have an opportunity to reschedule it.

 

REFUND POLICY

Due to the subjective nature of Mila, and Coach’s inability to control Client’s availability, motivation, external forces, financial situation, or level of engagement in Program, Coach is not able to offer refunds once Client has purchased the program. If Coach is somehow unable to provide services as outlined on sales page, regardless of Client results, Coach or her team will be in touch regarding rescheduling, and/or discussing an alternative form of services, in order to fulfill obligations. If Coach is not able to reschedule, and no suitable alternative form of service is available, Client may be entitled to a partial refund, depending on the amount of work Coach and Client were able to complete. If partial services were performed, Coach and Client may come to an agreement whereby a partial refund is issued, at Coach’s discretion. 

Client further agrees and understands that changing her mind about the Program, failing to follow through or understand the details of the Program, not experiencing the results she expected or desired, or experiencing any other similar situations does not entitle her to a refund.

 

PROGRAM FEES

The Coaching Program fee is for 6 months at a total cost of $3,500. 

A payment plan may be available, in those instances an initial payment of $585 is due at Agreement in addition to $585 at the first of each month totaling $3,510. 

If the Client selects to pay the full cost of the Program today, the cost shall be reduced by $310 for a total cost of $3,200.

 

TERMS OF USE

By clicking the “Submit” button, you, the purchaser of Mila outlined below (hereinafter “Client”) agree and willingly purchase entry into this program to be provided with services rendered by Mila x Oomph Method LLC, and you agree you are voluntarily entering into a legally binding Agreement with the Coach, inclusive of the following terms and conditions mutually agreed upon:

For good and valuable consideration of Mila, Client has agreed to purchase the “MILA Coaching”. In exchange, Coach agrees to provide the services outlined in the Program Details.

By purchasing or using any of our Programs, Products or Services, you agree to abide by these Terms of Use as well as our Disclaimer, Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy on our Websites, and any other terms and conditions that may apply.
